12-18 months before The Big Day

Step 1

When you first call to inquire about Project Orange, Toni, the band leader and manager, will personally reach out to find out what your needs are to prepare a price quote. With her years of experience, Toni takes into account that new couples are often not sure of what they want because this is their first time planning a wedding.

“Most couples are overwhelmed with the details so its our job to explain the music and offer suggestions to make the process as smooth and easy as possible.” – Toni Menage

Step 2

Once you have received our price quote and have decided to move forward, we send you our contract. This is a standard agreement (2 pages) that out lines the details for the event. Your event information, our services, the band unit size, pricing and payment timeline.

You then have two weeks (10 business days) to take your time to review and make adjustments. During this period we put a soft hold on the date.

Step 3

Once you are satisfied with the contract and it is signed, a %50 percent deposit is due to hold the date. (All pricing include taxes, band, full sound, wardrobe and insurance). Signing contract and paying deposit can be done in person or via mail, email, wire transfer.

Step 4

playlist200The Playlist. We will ask you to review our full playlist and tell us what you like and what you don’t like. This makes it your vision clearer for us and we will understand the range of what we can play at your reception.

Special Songs. We will ask you to choose a total of 8 special songs. This list will include 3 ceremony pieces: A Processional; A Brides Entrance; and A Recessional and 5 special songs for the reception: First dance; Parent dance and 3 songs that you, the bride and groom, absolutely want played on the night. These 8 songs do not have to be from our play list.

If you need assistance with song selection we can help by providing a list of appropriate selections for each segment of the event.

Step 5

Once all the special songs are decided, we ask that they are sent in at the same time (one complete list) so nothing gets lost in translation… You can email the list or use our ONLINE FORM  Toni will then rehearse the band through all the special songs so that we can deliver the flawless high energy performance we are known for.

Step 7

10 business days before the event the balance is due. This is so that the night of the event all business is done and you only need to worry about is enjoying your Big Day.
